We’ll train you to be a subject matter expert in your field, so you can be confident in providing the highest level of service possible whether through voice, chat or email interactions. We trust you already have the necessary ingredient that can’t be taught – a caring and supportive nature that will shine through as you help customers.

The customer service executive will join a small but dynamic family business focused on ensuring best in class customer service is delivered to our customers.

The ideal candidate

  • Excellent organisational skills, the ability to multitask, plenty of initiative, and attention to detail
  • Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Has initiative, constantly looking for ways to improve current methods and processes
  • Good communication skills across all levels of business
  • Keen to learn and work within a friendly team
  • Able to act professionally at all times
  • Be confident in demanding situations and think outside of the box to find a satisfactory resolution.

 

Experience

  • Customer Service or Sales experience
  • Leadership Experience
  • Some previous customer facing service experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the customer service experience, troubleshoot processes and procedures and make improvements of customer service quality where necessary
  • Implement effective processes to interact with customers via telephone, email, online enquiries etc
  • Continuously monitor and review processes for ways to make procedures more time and cost-effective
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding personnel information and customer financial data by keeping sensitive documents private and secure
  • Liaise with store managers, suppliers and staff to ensure quality of products and efficiency of every department
