We love these ball chairs. VLUV was started by a husband and wife team who had a passion for active sitting, and felt traditional gym balls were sticky, impractical and ugly. The breathable upholstery means that the balls also don't squish outwards like a ball normally would, making great posture much easier. In general sitting balls promote active sitting and good spinal health through micro movement during the day. Great for building up core strength while also keeping back pain at bay.
